Baby is 15 month old having light blackish unde eyes what does it mean ?? Dark circles

Give Multivitamin an iron supplement to the child sometimes due to these deficiencies in the body the child can I have dark or otherwise the little dark or black in colour so you can consult your doctor and go ahead with these multivitamins for the child
