mam,it is formed by many reasons like prolonged exposure to screen ,thin skin , nutritional deficiencies , worm Infection ,lack of sleep , other Infection etc.
so first , limit your child screen time.
make sure your child takes enough sleep.
offer Amala , carrots etc more which are rich in vitamin A and vitamin C.
you can place cucumber slices or potatoes slices on eyes for few minutes .
but before placing slices on eyes ,keep it in cold water for half an hour .
