A. need to be checked .Temperature more tham 99 is fever. Give paracetamol for fever and can be given 3 to 4 times in a day . If temperature does not comes down in 2 days then baby need a proper examination as it may be any other infection

A. hello in such a case it would be better to check for the baby temperature using a thermometer to know if the baby is having fever or not and if the temperature is normal then nothing to worry else it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same
