start iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and once consult your paediatrician for proper examination of the child and start treatment as advised by your doctor

It Seems more like Chinese to me so you start applying NMFE vitamin E cream I’m just monitor it for a week if you see that the patches of subsided in the skin is becoming better then you continue with the same thing otherwise I’m going to advise you to get a check with the skin doctor
