Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. many times white spots can occur in children but does not require any treatment except moisturizing lotion application or simple coconut oil application. they will persist for few weeks and then will go away if the problem continues beyond two weeks and is increasing in siiize and intensity then you have to meet the doctor for evaluation. some times it can be due to nutritional deficiency, skin sensitivity, allergy, fungal infection also for which your doctor will prescribe specific cream.

It Maybe due to some calcium deficiency or it could be a skin related issues as well see without proper assessment it would be very difficult to guide you with the correct reasons I’m just going to advise you to consult a dermatologist or your paediatrician ones regarding the same
