Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children2 years agoA. generally cold will subside within one week give me continue the same medicines what you are using already cold and cough most of the times because of viral infection sometimes even allergies please give steam inhalation frequently to liquefied the secretions and saline nasal drops in nose of the baby
