Baby have cold, cough and fever

Cold most of the time is a viral illness where there could be running nose sneezing along with cough and it needs supportive care along with proper hydration . steam inhalation will also be useful in this . cough needs to be treated with anti allergic and expectorant bronchodilators or antitussives medicine which should be used once a proper evaluation by the doctor is done and according to the type of cough its prescribed. if any fever fis there parafcetamol can be given to reduce the temperature and the dose can be repeated again after 6 hours if required .

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 6 m old girl3 years agoA. hi please measure the temperature,if it is 100f or above ,I advise you to visit your pediatrician. Rub onion slices on chest,back and sole of your child it will help in cold , cough and fever too
