baby has fever since 3-4 days and she is not eating anything properly not even taking a proper meal once. plz suggest something that can be given to her

See if the fever doesn’t subside within three days it’s not a normal fever and you are saying three or four days and also the child is not eating so it’s a time for you to visit your paediatrician and also try to give more of liquids it’s easy and comfortable for them to consume and start with a multivitamin as of now
