Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Give her a bowl and a spoon to eat with. Let her make a mess and let her play with the food. And this is how she will learn to eat independently. Give her small portions of food. Offer more only when she asks. Offer more of finger foods. Offer colourful foods and cut foods into different shapes using food cutters as colours and shapes attract the attention of the kid. Offer foods in colourful plates or quirky bowls. Let your daughter be a part of meal preparations like setting up the table before meal preparations or help you in choosing the vegetable to be cooked. This might raise her interest in eating. Give your daughter options to choose from. But make sure to offer only limited healthy choices. For example, do you need a paneer parantha or a gobi parantha? Offer different textures of foods.
