baby got sick.....what to do?

A. hi you mean to say your child is falling ill frequently ? right ? if yes then I suggest to focus on building strong immunity of child. for that ,I advise to give citrus fruits ,green veggies , turmeric milk atleast once in a day ,nuts ,dry fruits etc keep your child well hydrated give sunlight exposure atleast 20 minutes early in morning. maintain good hygiene using Babyhug multipurpose cleaner and sanitizer.
