8 AM-breakfast first and glass of milkshake
11 AM-fruits with dry fruit powder and honey
1 p.m-rice and Sambar and vegetables and curd rice
4 PM-any vegetable soup or milkshake or fruit juice
8PM-dinner. Give food in smaller quantities.
Avoid wheat and Maida products more. Give more fibre and calcium rich food. You can include egg, Paneer, all type of veggies and fruits. Make your own timetable so that you can cover different type of veggies, fruits, pulses. Include buttermilk in every day drink which helps in improving good intestinal bacteria. Give lukewarm water after feeding anything.Maintain hygiene. Take your baby out for walking and cycling so that baby gets exposed to the sun.
