Sunita MahatoMom of 2 children4 years agoA. eye stick yellow discharge and watery eyes in baby is because of block tear ducts common in babies..
maintain hygiene..
clean with wet cotton balls, use luke warm water
press the nose eyes joint give strong pinch do 4--5times and around 5-6 times a day..
