RashmiMom of a 11 yr old girl4 years agoA. Hello ma’am Yes of course it is safe which is why it is available in the market for kids so you can give it. But it is not a proper food so I would advise you to give it once in a day to start with and other than that you can give proper home-cooked food to your child as it is always recommended to go for fresh cooked food over any packaged food
