Offer a variety of tastes and texture so that baby gets used to it all.Give all seasonal fruits and vegetable.

It is good for any reason that you want to go ahead with if you are using code in a raw form then you please go ahead with using it in room temperature with normal room temperature rise or warm rise and if your cooking it straight onto the gas then it is not a problem either
