at present am 32 week pregnant and my recent usg shows mega cisterna magna 13mm. is it any serious condition?

Well, this looks ok but avoid self medication. try giving proper diet n don't miss on dose in this. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you
