Assalaam alaikum doc. My son is 3.5yr old n has difficulty in expressing his words to outsiders oly his mom understands his language . He’s hyperactive child. He s alhamdulillah good at everything but fumbles often

Sir If there is a speed issue with the child as of now then it would be better that you please consult a speech therapist as a doctor would be able to guide you better on this issue first I need to check the child as and you know if there is any speech delay or anything with the child and accordingly a right therapy or exercise can be advised to the child
