Practicing tummy time will help.
Massage on tummy in clockwise direction.
Apply hing paste around navel

U Can have nuts but in a very limited quantity nuts to create heat into the body also sometimes so it’s better that you have not seen a very moderate quantity not much also I would like to tell you you should have less spicy food also and have a good amount of water
