Rashmi GuptaMom of a 12 yr 1 m old girl4 days agoA. It’s quite a delay in the speech of the child as if the child generally does not pick up by the age of 2 1/2 years we consider this as a delay as of now unable to pick up on the speech it’s time for you to visit your doctor for further assessment
