Little bit of weakness is normal maybe your wife is not consuming sufficient amount of liquids but if there is much of pain in the back and legs of the child you should consult the doctor because early pregnancy this kind of pain that can be seen within the time of 8 to 9 months of pregnancy is a better to check with your doctor one time for sure
