#AskTheExperty my baby is vomiting and she has motions from yesterday she is not having anything what I should do

A. Infection from viruses like rotavirus, bacteria like salmonella and, rarely, parasites like giardia. Viruses are the most common cause of a child's diarrhea. Along with loose or watery stools, symptoms of a viral gastroenteritis infection often include vomiting, stomachache, headache, and fever.Vomits all clear fluids for more than 8 hours.Vomiting lasts more than 24 hours.Blood or bile (green color) in the vomit.Stomach pain present even when not vomiting.Dehydration suspected (no urine in over 8 hours, dark urine, very dry mouth, and no tears)Diarrhea becomes severe.
