please take necessary supplements which are prescribed by your gynecologist
take healthy and well blanaced diet
it is best to take multi grain food ,ragi, nuts, dairy products etc more
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
avoid drinking RO water
don't sit or stand for long period
take support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping it will help to reduce the pain
try heating pad to get relief in pain
maintain good hygiene
