#asktheexperts why Sugar and salt are restricted to infants???

A. after completion of 6 months when you introduce top food at that time sugar or jaggery can be given in little amount as added to recipes like porridge kheer but avoid excess as it just provide empty calories without providing other nutrients salt should be avoided till 1 year as salt requirements of baby are very little and difficult for kidney to process
