Why sugar & salt should not be given to infants

A. Initially around six months don't give it but around 8 or 9 months you can start adding it in little amount so you can now start adding it no worries take care

A. Hi, as babies liver and kidneys will be sensitive. The sugar and salt contains a little bit of chemical which is not good for them. So it is suggested to avoid until one year of completion. After one year also it is good if You use crystal or rock salt and instead of sugar you can use jaggery.Write Your Answer Here
