A. Hello my dear parent! Exclusively breastfeed babies sometimes do not pass stools even for a week. It is normal as long as the babies is healthy and active and not showing any discomfort symptoms. Continue to exclusively breastfeed your baby well on demand for better health, nutrition, hydration, and weight gain.
