Q.

#asktheexperts why i am not able to reduce my weight even after my baby is 1year old.I am a feeding mother and my baby is totally dependent on my feed.

A. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods have please ty of fluid You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. hello it will definitely take sometime to reduce your weight and is not easy and you can try cardio exercises which can help and also walking and then try to target for 8000 steps atleast a day and have a well balanced food in the diet which definitely can be helpful to you and also you can check my group fitness and Nutrition which can be helpful for you to follow things to reduce your weight
