Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy2 weeks agoA. Hello! After your baby completes one year, you can choose to give any milk that suits your child’s nutritional needs and digestion. You can either continue with next stage of formula or give any packet milk or even animal milk . Limit the total dairy intake to maximum of 500 ML per day. Rest of the nutrition should come from healthy solids.
