Until one year cow milk,buffalo milk ,egg and heavy foods ,spices,sugar,oil are not suggested as they cant digest heavy foods and animals milk.
As baby is 4 months old give exclusive breast milk ,formula milk until 5 complete months.
From 6 month onwards start semi solid foods once or twice a day along with breast milk or formula milk until one year.
