Q.

#asktheexperts which foods can increase breast milk. I feed my baby 30-40 mins. I don't know he is full or not. I am always becomes confused that is there sufficient milk for my child or not. Please give some feedback.

A. Hello dear parent, you ho ld feed your baby every two hours. And if your baby is urinate 8 to 10 times in the day then your baby is well fed and well hydrated. And you can eat anything you want but healthy will better. Drink lots of liquid and milk twice in a day. Add lactonic granules in the milk as that also help in increasing milk supply.
