slowly introduce new foods one by one gradually continue breastfeeding

Hello Mam you can start with rice Dal water mashed potato mashed banana apart from that you can go for vegetable purees vegetable soup pumpkin soup and all other things like curd cheese Paneer Suji Upma Suji Kheer and all these things you can give to your child apart from that you can give good amount of fruits and make sure that you do give good amount of water as well
