A. dear mum, at the age of 10 months, you should give homemade foods like roti soaked in Dal and vegetable, vegetable Dal rice vegetable khichdi, vegetable Daliya, Pulao, idli dosa soaked in thick vegetable sambar lapsi,upma, sheera, poha, vermicelli, parantha. Porridge, Kheer include curd along with meal paneer variety of seasonal vegetables green leafy vegetables and fruits eggs and non-veg foods.
