ExpertDr Bandana JoshiAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. As baby is just one month old so you should wait and let your baby complete six months and then start giving liquids and semi solid foods to the baby and no need for gripe water

Upto.her age of six months she should be on the breast milk only
after six months she can be given water etc
gripe water is traditional medication for the colic issue
but make sure the gripe water doesn't have much sugar in it
anti colic drops can be given as well when she has colic pain
