In 1 year, you should start feeding all kinds of foods to the baby as now, most of the nutrients will be provided by these solid foods and less from milk. You can feed boiled egg, omelette, chicken, oats with nuts, dalia, khichdi, upma, poha, idli-dosa with sambhar, pan cake, sandwich, mixed vegetable soup, milkshakes with dry fruits, fresh juices, seasonal fruits, curd, buttermilk, paneer, and coconut water.
