A. Hello good morning !! Fruits and vegetables,pulses,grains,diary products all have nutritional values - Protein,calorie,carbohydrtes,minerals(calcium,iron,zinc, potassium,fibre ,vitamins all are required for a balanced meal. Fruits ,vegetables are rich in fibre,vitamins,minerals,milk,diary products rich in protein,calcium for bones,muscle strength,prebiotic for gut health,dals,egg,paneer,soya rich in protein. Leafy vegetables rich in iron,other minerals,vitamin A. Avoid Maida,sugar,processed,packed which contains preservatives,oily foods.
