ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 months agoA. yes avoid leafy veggies and outside food. . give simpke foid lije dal khichdi ,dalia adding veggies, ragi poeridge, curd rice, dal roti, dal rice, upma, sheeta, can give seasonal fruits.
