#asktheexperts what shoulb i start in solid when they became 6 months old i have twins a boy nd a girl both are on exclusive breastfeeding i heard about twins can start solid in 5.5 month is that true or i have to wait till they turn 6 months old we can give gal puree nd rice puree other than that what should i can give ...?

ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician7 months agoA. dear mom. it is advised by WHO to continue breast feeding till first six months of age. and start semi solid food after then. starting solids early in twins is not true.
