ExpertVandana SharmaNutritionist2 years agoA. Hello mom please don’t loose heart , delivering a baby isn’t a easy - infact during and after baby thats pregnancy and post delivery they are lot of hormonal changes and bodily changes that keep on occuring .
So be proud that you have done that - let people say it’s hard to take that but you have to let it unheard .
As you are lactating lot of diet restrictions cannot be imposed as that would then have a lot of effect on the quality of the milk feed.
So hence for now be mindful of what you are consuming , let it be the healthier option limit on your sugary intake and avoid processed and refined foods and also get yourself involved in some form of physical activities or exercise for at least 30 to 45 mins a day to start with
