Give three major meal and one snack a day
Continue with breast feeding or formula milk feeding in between and on demand.
You can give Daal Khichdi with adding variety of veggies like Spinach, potatoes, beans, carrot, pumpkin.
Give Ragi , makkhana, rice, suji porridge, suji kheer, oats.
Give fruits like peach, pear, apple, avcado, banana in pureed form or mashed form.
Give wheat Dalia adding veggies.
curd rice, curd roti (soaked), Daal roti (mashed and soaked) is one of the best meal for babies..
You can add few drops of ghee in baby food
Nihita mittalMom of 4 children3 years agoA. good morning I would recommend you to try to give your baby around 50 ml of water throughout the day it will be great if you are able to give more than this but if you're giving less than that then it has to be increased
