Q.
#asktheexperts what is the best to have consume for feeding mother, want to have more milk for breast to feed the Baby. I used to take Mother Horlicks, so Can I continue the same for lactation purpose or any other one needs to take. my son is only 32 days of old.

Dr. Vaibhav jainFather of a 5 yr 11 m old girl3 years agoA. can take all I. diet. Breast feeding should be at least till 6 month of age. If not possible then milk formula should be given with proper dilution . After 6 month can start with top feed along with cow milk .
