All the foods that you are making every day for the whole family is meant to be given to the child focus more on green leafy vegetables and food which is going to keep the body warm well you can also include dry fruits on a very regular you can make dry fruit Laddoo and all which are very healthy to be given to the child and to keep them warm you should use proper woollen clothes there is no other way to keep them warm
