you have to provide plenty of water to drink and you can give food rich in fluids as well as juice extracted from fruits which will heslp in improving the appetite.
if if the child is having nutritional deficiency the doctor will add multivitamin supplements to increase the appetite.

it's very necessary to keep her well hydrated and in order to keep.her well hydrated give her a spoon of lukewarm water Every hour when she's awake
use simply purified water having TDS higher than 350
give her soups and other semi solids
don't give her milk
breast feeding can be done
