#asktheexperts what exercises my wife should do and not to do as per attached report of USG after 12 weeks of pregnancy.

A. The exercises would be suggested by your gynaecologist in detail and she can even give a demo how do you need to do those exercises further I would recommend you check with your doctor and proceeded with what your doctor has to advise you on that
