it usually happens due to hormonal fluctuations deficiencies dehydration and stress and inadequate sleep . .

please use avla aritha shikakai powder mixture of for washing your hair
you can give gentle massage with Babyhug olive oil
please give daily sun light exposure
you can apply aloe vera gel or natural mahendi hairpack with curd or egg once a week
