#asktheexperts what can I do to boost up my lactation supply as I'm breast feeding my baby who is now into her 4th month. I'm finding a decrease in supply. So please guide me with the required information. Thank you

You can take fenugreek Hai capsules of the best option is to increase your lactation apart from that if you want you can go for Shatavari powder as well add if you want to try something else you can ask your doctor along with that I would certainly advise you to go for where are to have rich protein and fibre diet and good amount of liquid
