Make a timetable so that you can cover all type of veggies, different pulses, fruits, sprouts each day so that you get all the nutrients equally. Expose your self to sunlight for about half an hour to 1 hour in a day. Start doing yoga or walking. Take adequate rest and be relaxed. Use mild shampoo and lukewarm water to take head bath. Avoid too much of hot water. Always oil your hair and give a gap of half an hour and then take bath. Which is a good practice.Write Your Answer Here
