#asktheexperts my baby is six months now., still I have severe hairfall. and I haven't hav any period. pls advise when can I expect my periods. any thing for hair fall.

Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 6 m old boy3 years agoA. hair fall is very common after pregnancy. it might be due to hormonal changes which occur in the body post pregnancy. very important to take all the supplements like iron folic acid vitamin b12 calcium v vitamin d and other supplements. drink plenty of water and take seasonal fruits vegetables along with only homemade diet. go for regular scalp massage and if it is still not improving the condition t take help of skin specialist or trichologist

Hi Woman can have periods after six months to 1 year to 18 months also say me the basically can skip period for a very long time after they deliver that’s due to how many changes when you are exclusively breastfeeding the child and secondly for your hair fall issues I’m just going to advise you to prepare an anime coconut oil does my looking a recipe online
