Ankita MehtaMom of a 10 yr 2 m old girl4 years agoA. hi please do the following things: please keep your child well hydrated dress your child in loose fitting Cotton clothes keep your child in well vantileted room. please breastfeed your child as per his or her needs. offer homemade healthy food but please prefer light food like khichdi, rice, fruits etc. maintain good hygiene.
