ExpertDr Disha PatelAyurvedic Physician3 years agoA. It is a demand and supply mechanism, so latch more often. Have fluids before and after breast feeding. take Lactare capsules or powder is a safe medicine or Take CurePerium powder with milk twice a day.

Ankita MehtaMom of a 9 yr 3 m old girl3 years agoA. hi mam ,low milk supply is caused by stress , genetics or incorrect latching. so first ,make sure your child latches properly ,I mean the whole aoreola part of your breast should be covered well by your child's mouth at feeding time. avoid taking stress . you can take supplements like leptadin tablet or shatavary granular with warm milk twice in a day.
