#asktheexperts Vidhi has done DPT vaccination on 05/06/2026 now surrounding redness has disappeared The only thing left is that the vaccinated area is hard (lump) and some redness and swelling is there we are using hot water bag and thrombophob gel ( blue colour) how many days Does it take to heal completely?

I had become a painless lump and sometimes persist for several weeks or even months. If the area becomes significantly more painful or tender to touch, check with your paediatrician once
