Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 12 yr 4 m old boy5 days agoA. Hello! often, late teething is simply a matter of genetics. As long as the child is meeting, the other developmental milestones delay in teeth is usually not a cause of immediate concern. Try increasing the calcium intake naturally.
