Q.

#asktheexperts Till when should the thyroid tablets be continued for thyroid that came in during pregnancy. now it's within limit (borderline) but doc asks to continue a month more. my baby is 5 months old.

A. thyroid medicine should never be stopped immediately it should be had with regular follow up about the level and accordingly decrease the dose and then slowly stop Whenever normal

A. hello there ma'am Please do not worry about it too much and yes it is better to follow the prescription as doctor is the best one to know the exact conditions of your health. so don't worry and keep taking for next month. take care

Q. #asktheexperts Hi sir/ madam I have thyroid during 1st trimester of my pregnancy. I was on thyronorm 25 mg tablets. After using that tablets my thyroid level is normal during all my pregnancy.
